Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons diced bell pepper

- Pinch of black pepper
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Blend the base. Add eggs and cottage cheese to a blender. Blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.
